How do I know Southern Bloom Retreat is right for me and my business?

Southern Bloom Retreat attendees’ ultimate dream is to find, book, and serve luxury clients to the best of their ability. Attendees want to book clients with bigger budgets, who trust them as the professional. They want to book clients who not only agree to their pricing, but also upgrade their packages.

How will lodging work? Will I have a roommate?

We are planning to accommodate one person per hotel room. We do not want to make anyone to room with someone they do not know. However, if you and another attendee would like to request to room together, please email info@southernbloomretreat.com. There is a $75 discount per ticket if you opt to room with another person. The max per hotel room is two people.

What should I bring to the retreat?

  • A ready-to-learn attitude

  • 50 business cards

    • These will be key for networking with other southern wedding vendors

  • Personal toiletries

  • Sunday evening will be semi-formal attire

  • Monday and Tuesday will be casual attire

  • Some method of taking notes during the speakers’ presentations

    • WiFi will be available at the hotel

  • Supplies necessary for your craft

    • If you are a photographer/videographer, bring all necessary gear

    • Hair/Makeup Artists are welcome to bring their kits

    • If you provide any other physical good, bring what you feel you need

    • If you provide a service, bring all your creativity and good ideas!

  • Spending money

    • While the retreat is all-inclusive, it is important to bring a bit extra for incidentals

What is included in the price?

Southern Bloom Retreat is an all-inclusive experience with excellent value. Each ticket includes the following:

  • Speakers with decades of combined experience

  • Published content with a southern wedding publication

  • Opportunity to practice your craft

  • Written notes provided by speakers, with actionable steps to help you BOOK luxury clients

  • Accountability group for AFTER the retreat

  • Your choice of two break out sessions with the speakers

  • All supplies for styled shoot portion of the retreat

  • Chance to network and connect with other Southern wedding vendors

  • 2 nights of accommodations at the Natchez Grand Hotel

  • 2 breakfasts

  • 1 lunch

  • 2 dinners

  • Transportation to and from Monmouth Historic Inn for Styled Shoot


What is NOT included in the price?

Transportation to and from Natchez, MS and any incidentals you may decide to purchase.

If something comes up, is the ticket refundable?

Registration fees are NOT refundable. However, they are transferable. Should you need to transfer your registration to another person, please email us at: info@southernbloomretreat.com


How many early bird tickets are available?

There are 10 early bird tickets available and 30 general admission tickets available.


When is the last day to register for the retreat?

Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. When the event is sold out, there will be no more tickets sold. Registration will close no later than August 10, 2019.
